Teachers: The Key To The Future!
Arizona Professional Educators (AZPE)
AZPE was founded on a professional philosophy that emphasizes professional excellence, cooperation, personal excellence, local control, right-to-learn, and freedom to teach. The AZPE is a organization of professionals that encourages/promotes fairness; democracy; economic opportunity; and high-quality public education.
However, there is a problem currently plaguing Arizona: a scarcity of teachers. We no longer have qualified teachers to expand our children’s minds. If you have a teaching degree, come use it
down in Arizona.
Arizona Education Association (AEA)
The AEA continues to take the lead in advocating for support of Arizona's public schools, improving the quality of public education through positive change, and improving the professional lives of teachers and school staff members.
We already are struggling to gain new teachers, especially when there is no economic gain. Join teachers and other school staff in the fight to raise wages and rewrite the contract so teachers can’t be fired for the sole reason that their boss doesn’t like them.
